• Type: Vitamins and Nutritional Supplements.
• Scope: Educational use only; Non-Medical; No Diagnostic claims.
3. Transaction Logic
• Order Status: Subject to Company acceptance/cancellation.
• Currency: USD unless otherwise specified.
• Liability Cap: Total purchase price of specific Product.
4. International Logistics (CA, TW, CN)
• Role: User = Importer of Record.
• Financials: User pays all Duties + VAT + Customs.
• Return Logic: IF [International] THEN [Sale is Final], UNLESS [Damaged/Defective AND reported within 7 days].
5. Legal Framework
• Jurisdiction: California
• Resolution: Mandatory Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver.
• IP: Proprietary ownership of all site assets.
