Data Processing & Privacy Protocol Effective: December 31, 2025
1. Data Inputs
• Direct: Identifiers (Name/Address), Financial (via 3rd party).
• Automated: Metadata, IP address, Device ID via Cookies.
• Restricted (PIPL/PDPA): Sensitive Personal Information collection is limited to essential fulfillment logic.
2. Processing Logic Data is processed for Order Fulfillment, Fraud Detection (via Payment Processors), and Marketing. Taiwan-specific processing is gated by the "Purpose of Collection" stated at capture.
3. Infrastructure & Transfers We utilize PCI-compliant third-party Payment Processors.
• Cross-Border Flow: PIPEDA (Canada) data is routed to U.S. nodes. PIPL (China) data is transferred to international servers via explicit user consent at checkout.
4. Subject Access Requests (SAR)
• CCPA/CPRA: Access, Deletion, and Opt-out rights.
• PIPEDA: Accuracy verification via Support@Vitamose.com.
• PDPA: Processing cessation and breach alerts.
• PIPL: Consent revocation and Portability (JSON/Structured format).
5. Encryption & Persistence Persistence is determined by legal/tax retention windows. Transmission is secured via SSL.
